What should I do when I lost or forgot my tickets?
Please call the Box office and they will issue you duplicate tickets: +31 (0)20 6 255 455 or send an email to: reservering@het-muziektheater.nl. In case you forgot your ticket and you are already close to The Amsterdam Music Theatre please ask one of the employees at the Box office to print a duplicate ticket.
If I order more than one ticket, how should I print the tickets?
The attachment to your confirmation email contains all tickets (each ticket on one page).
Tip: save the attachment (a PDF-document) on your computer, so you can always access it.
How can I retrieve my password for the online ticketshop?
Click this link: online ticketshop. Should you get an error message, use the hyperlink 'Login' at the top right of the screen of the online ticketshop. In the following screen, you can click the 'Forgotten password?' link under the password field. This leads to a screen where you have the option to request a new password. The new password will be sent to the email address you used to register for the online ticket shop. If there seems to be no email, make sure to check your spam-box.
How can I change my password?
Click this link: online ticketshop. Should you get an error message, use the hyperlink 'Login' at the top right of the screen of the online ticketshop. Use the password that was emailed to you at the email address you used to register wth the online ticketshop. Once you are logged in, there is a hyperlink 'Customer data' on the top right of the screen. Click this to access an overview of your data. At the bottom of you user data, there is a link 'Change password'. Use this to set a new password of your own choosing.
